"Legislative Council, Wednesday 24th December, 1823. Ordered, that one of the masters in chancery do go down to the Assembly, and acquaint that House, that hte Legislative Council have passed this bill, to which they desire the concurrence of the Assembly. Attest, Wm. Smith, C.L.C.
"Received in the Assembly, and read for the first time on Wednesday, 24th December, 1823. Wm. Lindsay, C.A."
"Conseil législatif, mercredi, 24e décembre, 1823. Ordonné qu'un maitres en chancellerie se rende à l'Assemblée, et informe cette chambre, que le Conseil Législatif a passé ce bill, auquel il demande la concurrence de l'Assemblée. Attesté, Charles de Lery, A.G.C.I."
